Welcome to the Dallas training center! Please verify that the address above matches the location listed in your confirmation letter. GCA assumes no responsibility for fees incurred if you are not at the correct location. If you have any special needs or concerns, please call the training center prior to class. Thank you for selecting us for your technical training requirements. We have provided the following information to help you in planning your time with us.

Class Time:
Classes begin at 9:00 A.M. and typically end around 5:00 P.M. You may arrive anytime after 8:30 A.M. The center closes at 5:00 P.M.

Sign-In: 
Please sign in at the front desk each morning when you arrive for class. This is how we verify that you attended each day of class.

Attire: 
We want you to be comfortable while attending class, but please dress casually within reason.

Messages: 
If someone should need to contact you while you are in class, please have them call 972-934-6311. If it is an emergency, you will be notified in class. Otherwise, messages will be posted on the student message board outside of each classroom.

Food and Refreshments: 
AM Snack: Juice, bagels, doughnuts, and/or other appropriate items.
PM Snack: Cookies and/or snacks.
Beverages: Coffee, tea, water, juices and sodas are available throughout the day.

Parking: 
Park in the 4-story parking garage for the Tollway Plaza Buildings. There are two convenient entrances off Knoll Trail. Entry into the garage requires the use of a pass code 5747# (don't forget the "#"). Please park on the top floor of the garage. Exit the parking garage on the first floor and proceed into the North Tower (building on the right). Take the elevator to the fifth floor.

Transportation:
There is not any transportation provided by the center

Directions:  
From Dallas/Ft. Worth Airport:
If you rent a car at the airport, the signs make exiting very confusing. Ask the attendant for directions to South Car Rental Drive.

• Turn right on South Car Rental Drive.
• You will see signs for Highway 114 and 121.
• Turn right at the first light which will be North Service Road. (Watch for the signs that say Northbound Service Road.
• Do not enter the ramp that says "Airport Terminals" or it will cost $2.00 to exit the airport. Stay on the North Service Road.
• Continue on the North Service Road. You will go through several intersections with lights.
• Exit the airport through the North exit. (Watch for the signs that say North Airport Exit and Highway 635). It will be approximately 5 miles.
• Go East on 635 (also called LBJ Freeway). It will exit to the right. Stay on 635 heading East for approximately 13 miles.
• Go North on the Tollway (exit #22C).
• Travel North on the tollway to the Keller Springs/Westgrove exit. The toll will be $0.75.
• Exit the toll plaza in the far right lane and proceed to the first light, which will be Keller Springs.
• Turn right onto Keller Springs.
• Go one block to Knoll Trail and turn right.
• The 4-story parking garage is on the right.

From Dallas Love Field Airport:

• Upon exiting Dallas Love Field (there is only one way to exit the airport), turn left at the light at Mockingbird. Stay to the right.
• Go through the intersections at both Lemmon and Inwood.
• Turn left (which will be North) onto the Dallas North Tollway. The toll will be $0.60.
• Travel North on the tollway to the Keller Springs/Westgrove exit. The toll will be $0.75.
• Exit the toll plaza in the far right lane and proceed to the first light, which will be Keller Springs.
• Turn right onto Keller Springs.
• Go one block to Knoll Trail and turn right.
• The 4-story parking garage is on the right.
