Instructor Led Classroom Training
Attend a class in person and Interact with expert instructors, ask specific questions surrounding your environment and network with peers. GCA has vested in staff to deliver complete business solutions in our areas of specialization and can place students in open enrollment classes in our locations or in over 300 classrooms across the U.S.
Onsite Classes and Private Classes:
Delivered at your location or ours, our certified instructors bring the same quality curriculum and instruction that is taught at our facility directly to your doorstep. Onsite classes are available for all courses, enabling your company the convenience of learning in a familiar environment as well as saving money on travel expenses and personnel downtime. You may also elect to have this private class for your team delivered at our location or at any of our partner locations across the U.S. Equipment and set-up fees not included.
Live Virtual or Remote Classes:
Can't travel? Train from anywhere you can connect to the internet. Virtual or remote classroom training is real-time training conducted by live instructors in an online environment. You get the same industry-respected content as the corresponding classroom-based courses, but in a more convenient package. All hands-on labs included.
Self-Study, Web-Based and On-Demand Classes:
Train anywhere, anytime. Online and On-Demand learning is the next-generation online learning that addresses the real needs of the modern technology professional. These courses feature the same high quality course content found in tradi- tional classrooms.
Experts On-Demand Consulting:
GCA Technology Services' Experts on Demand offering provides staff augmentation and support services focused on multiple areas of technology. This allows you the flexibility to address specific IT-related needs without committing full-time employ- ees to the budget. Experts on Demand services are designed around specific staff functions (such as system administrators) and are typically scheduled for a fixed period of time. GCA Technology Services' Experts on Demand are also available on weekends, after hours or on standby, as needed.
Experts On Demand services can be either proactive or reactive. Proactive services provide periodic system health checks to help organizations minimize expenses for maintenance and support. While no one can guarantee that a system will not fail, periodic health checks can determine if a particular system is operating at its peak performance. If a system is found to be operating at less than its peak performance, GCA Technology Services can recommend and implement the appropriate changes to address the problem. This may include updates to software, firmware, hardware or updates to application configu- ration settings to increase system performance and/or security.
Reactive services provide ongoing response to customer questions and problems relating to software, operating systems, applications and utilities. Companies are provided with a single point of contact to ensure that issues are captured and responded to within mutually agreed upon response times. Reactive services provide an effective interface between a com- pany's help desk and vendor provided maintenance and support and allow companies to focus on business activities rather than point technologies.
Experts On Demand services are usually purchased in a block of hours and are used as needed. The number of hours required is determined based on the services requested by the company. Unused hours are not billed. Additional blocks may be purchased to accommodate unexpected events and monthly blocks can be adjusted based on actual usage patterns.
Custom Class & Courseware:
In addition to our success in delivering training, GCA Technology Services was a pioneer in courseware development for our partners. We have the capability to independently develop complete courses for instructor-led training as well as creating workshops. GCA Technology Services recognizes that employee time and training budgets are precious resources to our customers. To utilize these resources as effectively as possible, GCA Technology Services develops custom training courses for our customers that exactly fit their needs.
Need more flexibility in when and where you test? Our new Individual Exam Sessions are a convenient alternative to the traditional classroom environment. Available through personal testing stations, Individual Exam Sessions let you schedule some of our most popular exams for the date and time that works best for you. Exams offered at this time are for Red Hat.
GCA Technology Services is proud to offer classroom rentals at our Atlanta, Dallas and Tampa locations! Each of our profes- sional locations are conveniently located close to downtown areas and offer ample parking. Our state of the art facilities offer such amenities as digital projectors, whiteboards, and complimentary coffee, tea, soda and light snacks all at no additional cost. Our locations are tastefully decorated and feature high ceilings, windows, and an abundance of natural light.
