Course Description

In this course, students learn to perform routine maintenance, control access, monitor and tune servers, and perform other tasks encountered in day-to-day operations of Oracle Directory Server EE 11gR1 (ODSEE). Labs acquaint students with the tools included with ODSEE. Students use them to perform tasks such as exporting and importing data, starting and stopping servers, searching and modifying directory data. Students also learn to migrate server versions, configure servers for replication, tune performance, configure high availability, load balancing, and virtualization.
