Fusion Applications: Talent Mgt, Benefits Compensation Overview (D74647GC20)
The Fusion Talent Management, Benefits and Compensation Overview seminar provides an overview of the direction of Fusion products, includes a short discussion on all V1 products, the use of embedded analysts and a user interface that provides the latest in web 2.0 functionality to the user. The goal of this course is that students have an understanding of what if offered for Talent Management, Benefits, Absences and Compensation in V1 and a high level understanding of the HCM business processes within each product.Products discussed will be Fusion Benefits and Absence functionality, including the benefits and absence process flows. Compensation Management functionality will be discussed including base compensation, individual compensation, personal contributions, manage compensation increases, and Total Compensation Statements. Talent Management products are also discussed, including Profile Management, Network at Work, Goal Management, Performance Management, and Talent Review. This class is conducted in seminar form, students will not have hands-on access but the instructor will conduct demos using the UPK tool.
