DB2 Web Query for Advanced Developers - ILO (OV550)

This course covers the advanced topics that developers and administrators need to know. We start by converting existing Query/400 queries into DB2 Web Query. This will allow you to quickly get into the product and to modernize your existing reports. Advanced options of the DB2 Web Query product will be covered. These include Run Time User Enablement, Spreadsheet Client, and Microsoft SQL Server integration.

Developers will learn how to use the Developer's Workbench to develop Executive Dashboards KPI reports through hands on labs. You'll learn how to utilize DB2 Web Query Developer Workbench functions for joining, validating, and giving your end users function that's consistent across all of the DB2 Web Query Environment. You'll also learn how to consolidate data from multiple i partitions or systems.
