Hortonworks - Apache Hadoop Essentials (1HW-AHE)
This one-day course provides a technical overview of Apache Hadoop for decision makers and business users. Students will obtain a deeper understanding of Hadoop ™ using real world use cases to help provide the understanding of the power of Hadoop. Included in this course are high level overviews of the Hortonworks Data Platform 2.0

No prior knowledge of Hadoop is required. No programming experience is required Students have the option of completing three hands-on labs using the Hortonworks Sandbox.
There are no required labs in order to complete this course. Attendees have the option of installing the Sandbox and working through the demonstrations.
