St. Petersburg, FL - July 20, 2004 GCA, the Number One Authorized Sun Education Center in North America, was selected by Sun to be the first ASEC to deliver their new Waveset Lighthouse training. GCA, a leading provider of Sun Microsystems education services to Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies, will be offering the Lighthouse training at their regional training centers located in Hampton, Houston, San Diego, Seattle, and Tampa Bay beginning in August, 2004. Sun Microsystems, Inc. recently announced a consolidated line of Identity Management products combining its own technologies with those obtained from its acquisition of Waveset Technologies, Inc. Sun's new Java System Identity Manager combines Waveset'sLighthouse user provisioning technology with Sun's metadirectory capabilities. As a Sun Java Enterprise Systems Solutions Partner, GCA can resell the Waveset Lighthouse Identity Management Product as well as provide services on Waveset Lighthouse in the areas of consulting, installation, integration, and support. "Waveset Lighthouse Administration and Implementation", Code IDM-2525, is a 5-day course, priced at $2,500. The training, designed for system administrators and developers, will fully introduce the student to all aspects of the Lighthouse identity management product. The course provides practical exercises to demonstrate how to create and modify Lighthouse administrator and user accounts, edit and customize forms and views, configure resources, create audit reports and utilize debugging tools. GCA training centers will be adding open enrollment schedules for the new Waveset Lighthouse course beginning in August, 2004. In addition, GCA can deliver the training "dedicated" to a single customer, either on site at the customer's facility, or at a GCA location. The "dedicated" training can be customized to meet individual customer requirements. GCA was named Sun's Education Partner of the Year for 2004.
